Agent Test Links allow operators using the Vocadesk platform to share a dedicated test experience with prospective clients. With a single link, customers can interact with their own configured voice agent and experience the service firsthand—before purchasing.
This new capability is designed specifically for call answering providers and telecom service operators who want to streamline sales cycles, reduce friction, and build trust early in the buying process.
How It Works
The setup is intentionally simple:
Configure a new voice agent for a client in the Vocadesk platform
Test the agent internally, as usual
Click the new Agent Test Link icon
Copy the generated link and share it with the client via email
That’s it. The client can immediately access the test experience through a standard web browser, simply by enabling microphone access. No onboarding, credentials, or technical setup are required—and the test can be shared even before allocating or connecting an actual phone number to the agent.

A “Magic Link” — With Built-In Safeguards
While the experience feels like a seamless magic link, it’s designed with security and control in mind.
Agent Test Links:
Are time-limited
Support a limited number of test interactions
Are tied to a specific agent configuration
Are intended strictly for pre-sale evaluation
